Overview: Osteoporosis is defined as decreased bone mass usually due to age mostly affecting ladies. It may be asymptomatic, causes vauge bone pains to fractures. It is extremely common and screening with Dexa scan is advised. Medical management is usually advised. Treatment of fracture depend upon its biomechanical stability.
